REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

  1. Returns Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or do not match the description provided on our store. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
     
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your item reaches us safely. Our return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
     
  4. Exceptions: Custom-made products, perishable goods, and digital items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
